My rental property has ASB Home insurance, do I need to let ASB know if my tenant changes?
Last Updated: 10 Feb 2023
We don't need to know if your tenant changes, however you need to ensure you continue to meet your obligations as a landlord as outlined in your policy wording.
We need to know:
- That your property is a rental or when you stop renting out your home.
- If your property is currently, or will be vacant for 60 days or more.
