Do any ASB Home Insurance policies pay for temporary accommodation for my tenant if my rental property is damaged and unliveable?
Last Updated: 09 Feb 2023
ASB Home Insurance policies do not cover temporary accomodation for your tenant, they only cover your loss, so your tenants will need to arrange for their own cover.
Please refer to the policy wordings for more information on your existing ASB Home Insurance policy, or your ASB Landlord's Home or Landlord's Contents Insurance policy.
