How do I close my FastNet Business Site?
Last Updated: 04 May 2016
You may request to close your FastNet Business access at any time. To do this you must provide us 14 days’ notice in writing.
Please include your FastNet Business Client ID in your request to close your FastNet Business site. This request needs to be signed by the account signatories on the main account FastNet Business is registered under.
Requests can be sent to either:
Email: FNBHelpdesk@asb.co.nz
Fax: 09 337 2102
Please note you will remain responsible for any transactions made on your accounts and fees incurred until your access has been cancelled. Any outstanding fees will be charged at the end of the month.
