How soon will ASB Compassionate Care be paid out once an eligible home loan borrower has passed away?

When we have the death certificate, we’ll make a claim to AIA. If you’re eligible and once AIA pay us, the benefit will be paid in 10 days. This will either be in a lump sum or will be split equally over 12 months, as per the terms and conditions.
