Why do I not have a claim-free discount anymore even though I haven't made a claim?

From 27 March 2023, we no longer offer claim-free discounts on new Car, Home, Contents, Landlord's Home or Landlord's Contents policies. Instead, we're reviewing how premiums are calculated, making them more competitive and reflective of your situation. Your premium may still go up or down, but not because we've removed the claim-free discount.
We are contacting existing customers as they are affected by this change.
