Why was I charged a late payment fee on my credit card payment?
Last Updated: 30 Nov 2016
You’ll incur a late payment fee if you do not make (at least) the minimum payment due by the date shown on your credit card statement.
The best way to avoid incurring unexpected fees on your credit card account is to set up a Direct Debit or Automatic Payment to your credit card.
