Does ASB offer a mortgage offset account?

No. However ASB's Orbit and Orbit FastTrack home loans can help you achieve the benefit of interest offsetting using a revolving credit facility.
An Orbit home loan provides you with the ability to repay and redraw funds anytime within your credit limit. Your available funds are always on call so you can access them as and when you need up to your limit.
This flexibility means you can direct your income and/or surplus funds (savings) into your loan account, helping you lower your balance, and therefore reduce your interest costs.
