What is a self-service transaction?

A self-service transaction is any transaction that you complete yourself, without the help of ASB staff. These include EFTPOS, ASB ATM transactions, automatic payments, bill payments, One-Off payments, direct debits, direct credits, Fastnet Classic or FastPhone transfers and Mobile Top-ups.
