What should I do if I can't set up Google Pay?
Last Updated: 28 May 2019
There are a few reasons why you might not be able to set up Google Pay. You need to ensure your device is NFC compatible and that this feature is switched on. If you were previously using ASB Virtual you will need to ensure your default payment method has been switched to Google Pay. This can be done through your device Settings menu by searching ‘Tap and Pay’ to ensure your default payment services is set to Google Pay.
For detailed information, take a look at the Google Pay help website.
