Before you start

Before you can add or update a PIN to your ASB Visa Credit or Debit card via the ASB Mobile Banking app, you will need to be registered for Netcode and ensure your device is Netcode verified.

Download guide

Open the ASB Mobile Banking app and select More in the bottom bar
Select Cards and Devices
Select the card you want to apply the PIN to
Select Update card PIN
Enter the 3-digit CVV number on the back of your physical card
Choose a 4-digit PIN number and enter it in using the number pad
Re-enter the same PIN to confirm your new PIN number
Success! Your card PIN has now been updated and your card is ready to use
