Call us to get set up now
We could have you set up in minutes. Just have your account details handy. You'll have to answer a few security questions too.
Call us between 8:00am – 8:00pm (NZT) on weekdays and 8:30am – 5:00pm (NZT) on weekends and public holidays.

Add extra security with two-step verification
Two-step verification gives us a way to double-check that it's really you making certain online transactions from your accounts. Netcode is a randomly created code, a bit like a temporary PIN, that we text you. Some transactions can be verified from the ASB mobile app.

My Messages is a simple way to get in touch with us through FastNet Classic internet banking. Send us secure messages about your account or other banking-related queries, and we’ll look into them for you. Typically, we send you a reply in less than 48 hours. Set up notifications and we’ll let you know when you receive a new message from us.
Register for Online Share Trading
Once registered for Online Share Trading, you can directly buy or sell shares listed on the New Zealand or Australian stock markets. You can also monitor market trends, track your portfolio and research new opportunities. Online Share Trading and FastNet Classic internet banking are designed to work together, so it’s simple to move money between the two and any transfers will be shown in real-time.
