Why can’t I see my scheduled IRD payment in FastNet Classic?
Last Updated: 11 Aug 2023
There could be a couple of reasons why you cannot see a scheduled IRD Payment in FastNet Classic:
- If the IRD payment is scheduled for today, it may have already been paid. Check if the funds have been withdrawn from your account as expected.
- If the IRD payment is on a joint account, it will only show in the scheduled payment view for the account holder who loaded the payment, not all account holders.
- If the IRD payment was set up using GO Online or NZHL Online and you have since been migrated to ASB FastNet Classic you will not see the payments you had scheduled, however these payments will still go out on the due date.
