What can I get alerts for?
Last Updated: 25 Sep 2024
Stay on top of your banking with alerts:
- Know when your account goes into overdraft and reduce fees.
- Get an alert when your credit card payment is due.
- Know when an automatic payment or bill payment may fail due to insufficient funds (excludes IRD payments and direct debits as these are controlled externally, not by ASB).
- Keep track when your balance drops below or goes above amounts of your choice.
Note: If you believe for any reason that the information in your alert is incorrect or indicates a transaction you didn’t authorise, please call us immediately on 0800 803 804 or visit any ASB branch.
