What are the FastNet Business alert operating hours?
Last Updated: 22 Mar 2018
Alerts are sent in real-time during the following operating hours (NZST):
Contact Device | Operating Hours (NZST) |
---|---|
6.00 am to 11.00 pm, 7 days | |
Text message to a mobile phone | 8.00 am to 10.00 pm, 7 days |
Note: Foreign Exchange TXT and email alerts are only sent during trading hours (8.00 am to 5.50 pm, business days)
If alerts are triggered outside operating hours they are sent when operating hours commence the following morning.
Alerts are sent subject to the recipient (user) having the correct permissions and an active contact device. Audit logs provides further detail about sent alerts.
Alerts may sometimes be delayed, or not delivered, due to issues with your mobile or email provider.
