How do I make a complaint?

Your feedback is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with our products and services, we want to know as soon as possible so that we can resolve it quickly and fairly.
Ways you can make a complaint:
- Send us your feedback using the online complaint form
- Log in to FastNet Classic, go to ‘My Messages’ and send us a secure message
- Talk to the team at your nearest ASB branch
- Call us on 0800 803 804 or +64 9 306 3000 (if calling from overseas) any day between 6:30 am and 11:00 pm NZT
