Do I need a special Access Code and Password to access my Online Share Trading account?
Yes. In order to access to your financial information and transact online using ASB Securities Online Share Trading service, you will need to enter a unique Access Code and Password of your choosing. This Access Code and Password should be known only by you.
What can I do to protect my Online Share Trading account security?
Choose a Password that you will remember but cannot be easily guessed, and keep it to yourself. When you use your Password to Log In, take care others cannot see your Password being entered and change it regularly, we suggest every 3 months. If you believe that your Password has been compromised, change it immediately.
What if I forget my Password?
If you forget your Password simply call us on 0800 327 863. A customer services representative will ask you some security questions and then provide you with a temporary Password to give you access to your accounts.
