I have a new phone number, how do I update Netcode so I get it on my phone?
Last Updated: 25 Nov 2016
If you change your phone number you’ll need to update those details with us so you can continue to receive Netcode. For your security and protection, you are not able do this online.
To update your details for Netcode, please call on 0800 FASTNET (0800 327 863), or if you are overseas call us on +64 9 306 3000. We’ll ask you some security questions to establish you are you, and update your Netcode details so you can continue to receive Netcode on your new number.
Alternatively, you can visit any ASB branch, the staff will be pleased to help you.
