Does it cost to have a Netcode token?
If you are using FastNet Classic Internet Banking, two-step verification using the ASB Mobile Banking app, a Netcode token or Netcodes sent by text message is free.
If you are using FastNet Business, you will be provided with two free Netcode tokens per FastNet Business site. Additional tokens are at a cost of $20 each.
A replacement Netcode token fee of $20.00 is charged if you lose or damage your token and require a new one.
Please note: Netcode via SMS is free to use if you have a New Zealand mobile phone number, but please check with your provider in case there are charges to receive international text messages. Since we rely on international phone providers to send our Netcode SMS to international phone numbers, we cannot guarantee you’ll be able to receive Netcode SMS to your international phone number.
