What do I need if the deceased had a will and has total assets at date of death over $15,000?

- A probate document –original or a certified true copy. This is granted through an application to the High Court. In this scenario ASB will, pay funds in accordance with instructions received from the executor upon application. This can only occur after probate has been granted.
- Written closing instructions signed by all executors.
