How do I lock or unlock my EFTPOS card?

If your EFTPOS card has been lost, stolen or damaged, you can temporarily get it locked by calling us on 0800 803 804 or visiting your nearest ASB branch. You can contact us in the same way to unlock your card.
If you think it's gone for good, call us or visit your nearest ASB branch to cancel and replace your EFTPOS card.
