What is my True Rewards card PIN and how can I set or change my PIN?
Last Updated: 06 Jul 2017
Your True Rewards card has a PIN number which you create. It is unique to your card and is a security measure designed to prevent anyone unauthorised from using your card as one True Rewards Dollar is equal to one New Zealand dollar.
To activate, select or change the PIN on your True Rewards card, you can do this by:
ASB Mobile Banking app> Cards> your True Rewards card> Update PIN.
FastNet Classic internet banking> select your Profile> Card PIN.
Visiting any ASB branch.
