What's the difference between locking and cancelling my EFTPOS card?
Last Updated: 02 Jul 2018
Locking your card is temporary. For example, you have misplaced your card or accidentally left it somewhere. You can unlock and continue to use the card once you have it back.
Cancelling your card is permanent. Once it's cancelled you’ll need to be issued a new card.
