You need to call our team on 0800 803 804, or come into any ASB Branch and we’ll issue you a new one.
Can I change my ID Code at any time?
Yes, you can. Here’s how:
- Call FastPhone on 0800 272 272 and key in your Customer Access Number, your current ID code and press 6. Then follow the instructions.
What type of phone can I use for telephone banking?
Any touchtone telephone will work, including mobile phones.
