My e-passport or New Zealand driver licence has expired. Can I still use it to confirm my identity with the ASB ID app?
Last Updated: 12 Jun 2023
No. The ASB ID app can only use a current e-passport or New Zealand driver licence.
If you don’t have one either of these ID documents you will need to visit your nearest branch, where we can confirm your identity using other types of photo ID. Please call 0800 803 804 to make an appointment.
