Do I need to let ASB know if my rental property is vacant?

You must let us know if your home or rental property will be vacant for more than 60 days in order to receive the full benefits of your cover.
If your home or rental property is vacant for more than 60 days and we haven't been notified, your cover will be limited. Please refer to your policy wording for more information.
