What will happen if I haven't paid the minimum payment amount on my credit card in full?
Last Updated: 05 Sep 2018
If you haven’t paid the minimum repayment in full, your account will become overdue and you will be charged a late payment fee.
If you remain overdue for two consecutive months and attempt to use your credit card at an ATM, then the card will be retained.
To ensure your credit card is not retained in the ATM, ensure you pay the minimum amount via FastNet Classic, the ASB Mobile app, by visiting your local ASB branch or by calling our Contact Centre on 0800 803 804. Avoid using an ATM to make the payment as the card will be retained.
If you are unable to meet your minimum payment, please call us on 0800 272 728 to discuss a repayment arrangement.
