I haven't received my notification for two-step verification using the ASB Mobile Banking app. What now?

First, verify that you are eligible. See How do I register for two-step verification using the ASB Mobile Banking app?

Next, check that notifications are enabled in your device settings. If you need to enable notifications, see How do I turn push notifications on or off for the ASB Mobile banking app?

Tip: If you have push notifications disabled, you can retrieve the latest two-step verification request by logging into your ASB Mobile Banking app and tapping on the bell icon any time before the request expires.

Finally, ensure your device is connected to the internet. Internet is required to receive and approve two-step verification requests on ASB Mobile Banking app. You can try turning Wi-Fi on or off, then trying again.  

If you don’t have internet on your mobile device, you can still choose to verify using a text message or physical token.
