I've already added a pin to my ASB credit card. Why is it still not working?

If you have not made any payments towards your credit card for the last three months, there may be a hold applied to your credit card. This hold will only be removed when the overdue amount is paid off.
For further information please phone 0800 255 382 to discuss further.
